Refund policy

 

You may return or exchange any item within 10 days of receiving it with the exception of pieces made to size or customized in any other way.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if it has arrived damaged.

If you need to return an item for any reason, please contact me before shipping. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. In order to qualify for a refund, the piece must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn, and in it’s original packaging.

Once a refund is approved, you will receive a return shipping label with instructions on how to send your package. The purchase price, less the cost of return shipping, will be refunded in the same form of payment used to purchase it.
